First of all, start by drinking much more water, we need around 8 glasses a day!
Second, be careful with alcohol and caffeinated drinks such as cola, coffe or tea. They can dehydrate your body.
Third, try to avoid processed foods, less sugar, and less meat.
Fourth, include in your diet lots of vegetables and whole fruit, they will give you energy for the whole day.
